To ensure the success of treatment and maintain fairness to all applicants, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following program criteria and requirements:
Nomination Process: To preserve the spirit of the program, nominations should be submitted by someone advocating on behalf of the individual.
Commitment to Appointments: Attend all scheduled appointments promptly. Missed or repeatedly rescheduled visits may result in discontinuation of the program.
Oral Hygiene & Care: Maintain proper oral hygiene and follow all care instructions provided by your dentist and our orthodontic team, including scheduling appointments to have wires removed for dental cleanings.
Communication: Inform us as soon as possible if you experience any issues with braces, appliances, or scheduling conflicts.
Duration & Compliance: Treatment will continue as long as the patient remains cooperative and compliant with orthodontic and clinic policies.
Our Save-A-Smile campaign helps bring beautiful, healthy smiles back to our community. Through this program, full orthodontic treatment is provided at no charge to a deserving patient in need.
The Save-A-Smile program was created to support individuals who need orthodontic care but are unable to afford treatment. All nominations must be submitted by referring doctors. Individual or community nominations are not accepted.
