Save-a-smile
Our Save-A-Smile campaign gives beautiful and healthy smiles back to our community. We are reaching out to members of our community to nominate individuals of all ages for an opportunity to have full orthodontic treatment at no charge. The Save-A-Smile program was created to find deserving individuals who are in need of, but unable to afford orthodontic treatment.
Do you know an outstanding mother, an incredible son, or someone who has overcome enormous obstacles in their life? We want to help one individual who is in need of orthodontic treatment by helping them achieve a new, perfect smile at no cost to them. To nominate someone for this program, please fill out the necessary information below.
