PRACTICE MANAGER

Shelly has an extensive background in orthodontics and began a career at the young age of 16. She considers it a privilege and true honor to be a part of each patient's story and help them achieve a smile they are proud of. Shelly enjoys working alongside Dr. Johnson and Dr. Lingenbrink to lead our amazing and talented team here at Johnsonlink. In her free time, you will find her soaking up all the PNW has to offer including running, biking and hiking with her fur baby Hazel. Shelly has a heart for loving her family who are made up of three amazing grown children, their wonderful spouses, and four very sweet grandsons that have her wrapped around their finger. She is always up for an adventure with family.

FINANCIAL COORDINATOR

Jen absolutely loves working in orthodontics because she gets to watch patients gain confidence and see their smiles transform. She is married to her best friend, and together they have three wonderful daughters and a son-in-law. She adores her two precious grandchildren, a sweet granddaughter and a grandson, and treasures every moment with them, from reading stories to creating fun memories together. In her free time, Jen enjoys boating, wake surfing, traveling, and gardening. She’s a true seafood lover and hates the cold, which is why summer is her favorite season, perfect for soaking up the sun, and spending time on the water.

PUBLIC RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Sandy has been with our practice since 2020 and loves every aspect of her work. As our Scheduling and Public Relations Coordinator, she enjoys connecting with patients, seeing their smiles transform during treatment, and building relationships within the community. From visiting local offices to creating extravagant gift baskets for events, Sandy thrives on making meaningful connections and spreading joy. She adores her three boys and loves being at their games, cheering them on as their biggest fan. Outside of work, she enjoys concerts, they’re her JAM! As well as spending time outdoors, cooking with her family, and entertaining friends.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Cheryl has been part of Johnsonlink since 1998. She loves the team she works with! She gets excited meeting new patients and their families. She enjoys making them a part of our Johnsonlink Family! Cheryl was a patient before she started working here and she just wants everyone to know how rewarding and life changing orthodontics can be! Outside of work Cheryl enjoys baking, crafts, being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends and of course her sweet puppy.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Susanna says she always has the best day when she knows that she’s made someone smile. It's a good thing that at Johnsonlink Orthodontics, that’s literally what we do. She fits right in, working side by side with such a cool team. Susanna was born and raised in beautiful Kitsap county. While she enjoys the opportunity to get out and explore the world, she loves coming home to her husband and 3 children in the PNW. That's why this community-based office is such a good fit for her.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Katie’s favorite part of working in Orthodontics is seeing the change in people’s confidence when they finish treatment. She loves helping patients on their decision to make the change in their smiles. She recently moved from Okinawa, Japan with her family. Kaite has a 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter. In their free time they love exploring new places and meeting new people.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Kat joined our practice in 2024. She is passionate about health and wellness, and she is constantly looking for ways to improve herself, both personally and professionally. She is really excited to be part of such a dynamic and caring team here at Johnsonlink Orthodontics and looks forward to building great relationships with both her colleagues and patients! Kat went to Boise State University and got her BA in Public Health, while also playing for their women’s club soccer team. In her free time, she loves to cook and try out new recipes, playing soccer, and hanging out with her 2 cats. Growing up in California and later moving to Idaho, Kat has always been drawn to adventure.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Diana was a former patient of Dr. Lingenbrink, starting her braces journey in San Diego in 2020 before continuing her care in Washington. She loves working at Johnsonlink because of the welcoming, positive atmosphere, she remembers how cared for she felt as a patient and now wants to bring that same experience to others. Seeing patients leave with a confident smile brings her the same warmth she felt during her own treatment. Diana proudly served in the U.S. Navy as a Master-at-Arms for three and a half years. She’s married to the love of her life, and they have two beautiful children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, and getting creative with arts and crafts.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Darcie has spent half of her life at Johnsonlink and truly can’t imagine working anywhere else, she considers this place her family. Recently, she transitioned into the role of Scheduling Coordinator and is loving this new aspect of our practice, helping patients feel welcome and ensuring their visits run smoothly. Her favorite procedure will always be taking braces off and witnessing a patient’s “first look” at their new smile, a priceless moment after all their hard work. Outside the office, Darcie spends most of her free time shuttling her kids to their many sports practices, cheering them on at games, and supporting all of their activities. She also enjoys family outings, and creating fun memories.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Tiffiny loves working at Johnsonlink because of our amazing doctors who truly care for the community, our patients, and our staff. She also loves her coworkers and considers them family. What excites her most about orthodontics is witnessing the incredible transformation in patients as they gain confidence in themselves and their smiles. Outside of work, Tiffiny enjoys spending time outdoors, whether she’s up in the mountains or out on the water. She also loves cooking, always has music playing, and at heart, she’s a true country girl.

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

Eliana was born and raised in Kitsap county. Her favorite thing to do is paddle boarding and she spends most of her time with her friends and family but very much enjoys quiet time with her cat Tom J. and her dog Luna.  She loves working at Johnsonlink because of the great staff and patients. The environment is so warm and welcoming. “It never feels like I'm at work!”

VIRTUAL CARE COORDINATOR

Amanda is thrilled to be a part of the team at Johnsonlink Orthodontics. She loves getting to watch our patient’s smiles transform into something incredible! When she is not at work she enjoys reading and being outside (especially when it’s sunny). She also loves going on walks, and spending all her free time with her husband.

CLINICAL LEAD ASSISTANT

Kelly enjoys working with our team and she loves what she does and she knows everyone else does too. “This is what makes our office a fun place to work and a great place to get your orthodontic care!” She enjoys spending time with her husband, family and cat! When she’s not at work, you could find her outdoors either, camping, riding bikes or exploring!

Lisa has worked as an orthodontic assistant since 1990. She loves getting to know our patients and being a part of helping them achieve a beautiful smile. “Everyone at Johnsonlink is so much fun to work with.” Lisa loves spending time camping, traveling or just hanging out with family and friends.

CLINICAL LEAD ASSISTANT/SAFETY COORDINATOR

Helaina is proud to be a part of the Johnsonlink team because we’re like family and we make our patients feel that way too! She enjoys getting to know her patient’s and making sure their experience here at Johnsonlink is one to remember. When she is not at work you can find Helaina trying new foods, flipping furniture or spending time with her husband and their 2 golden retrievers.

CLINICAL ASSISTANT

Amber joined the practice in 2004 but worked in orthodontics for 5 years before that. She enjoys learning so much about orthodontics, performing and assisting in so many different procedures. “Our staff is so friendly and caring, and we really enjoy the work we do!” When she’s not at work, Amber enjoys spending time with her family, whether hiking or skiing. She also loves taking vacations to Arizona and relaxing on warm, sunny beaches.

CLINICAL ASSISTANT

Mariza has been with the practice since 2006. She loves bonding with patients and the team. “Both make it so much fun to come to work!” She wants people to know that we can make braces be an awesome experience. Spending time with her family is her top priority, and when she’s not at work, she enjoys hiking and exploring national parks. Summer is her favorite season, perfect for outdoor adventures and soaking up the sunshine.

Lindsay loves orthodontics because she enjoys helping people get the smile of their dreams and smiling is her favorite! She loves Johnsonlink Orthodontics because we have the best staff and our patients are so fun and kind! When she is not working she enjoys spending her time outdoors with her husband and two young boys.

Grande’s favorite part about orthodontics is taking braces off and revealing their new smiles! He wants patients to expect to have a great time when they come into our office. “This isn’t work, it’s fun!” If anything, his name (which means “large”) perfectly describes his personality. He loves coaching football and spending time with his wonderful kids. His favorite season? Football season!!!!

Kayley recently moved to the PNW and is loving the change! In her free time, she enjoys hiking, playing pickleball, and spending time with friends and family. She loves working in orthodontics because it allows her to connect with patients and watch their confidence grow with every new smile.

Allyson says the best part of working in orthodontics is getting to see our patients start smiling more often throughout treatment and teaching kids about what we are doing. She loves working at Johnsonlink because our team is so much fun and always eager to support our patients and each other. You can find her kayaking with her dog when she is not at work!

Elisia worked as a barista for a few years, so it’s no surprise she enjoys getting to know people and their unique personalities. She always has a listening ear, which is one of the reasons she loves working at Johnsonlink Orthodontics. Elisia enjoys learning new things and meeting new people. She grew up playing soccer and staying active, and her latest sport obsession is pickleball. She also loves camping, hiking, dancing, attending concerts, and trying new experiences!

Tareyn was born and raised in Arizona. She loves to travel and be outdoors. Friends, family, and her dog Chief are her number one priority. She loves working in orthodontics because she likes seeing the transformation and how the patient grows their confidence. It makes her happy knowing that the patient gets their perfect smile. She is so happy to be a part of an awesome team!

Jordan loves working at Johnsonlink because it has such a unique and special environment, both for patients and everyone that works here. “It’s such a happy and welcoming place, everyone can feel seen and cared about by the Johnsonlink family!” She loves the connections she can make with every smile that comes through the door and the fun we all create here each day. You can usually find Jordan outside camping or hiking with her Husband and their dog.

CLINICAL ASSISTANT/SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Kiley has been in orthodontics since 2016 and loves helping patients achieve their new smiles. Her favorite part of the job is seeing the look of joy on a patient’s face when they see their smile for the first time! She also absolutely loves being our Social Media Coordinator, creating content, sharing patient stories, and showcasing the fun side of our office is something she truly enjoys. She’s grateful to work with such amazing doctors who make filming TikToks and coming up with creative ideas so much fun. A PNW native, Kiley enjoys living in such a beautiful state and spending time with her husband and two little ones. When she’s not at work, you can find her going on adventures with her family and making the most of every moment with friends and loved ones.

STERLIZATION TECHNICIAN

Viki joined Johnsonlink in 2023. She wanted to join our team because she has always had a passion for the medical field since she was young. She loves to see patient’s reaction after a big transformation and see their confidence grow! “A persons smile can change someone else’s day”. She moved to PNW when she was one years old from New Hampshire. When Viki is not at work, you can find her reading, or going on walks with her dog. She loves to organize things that are NOT hers! You can also catch her cuddled up on her couch with a cozy blanket watching horror movies.

INVISALIGN COORDINATOR

Sam loves being our Invisalign Coordinator, handling all things Invisalign and making sure every case is on track and delivered on time. She also enjoys working at Johnsonlink Orthodontics alongside her sister, Darcie! When she’s not at work, Sam loves spending time with her kids and being outdoors, whether they’re playing sports like volleyball, softball, or baseball, or going on adventures chasing waterfalls and exploring new places. They even have a jar filled with travel destinations, and on a free weekend, they’ll draw one and head out for a spontaneous trip!

LAB TECHNICIAN

Vinnie worked as a lab technician for 14 years before joining Johnsonlink Orthodontics, where he takes pride in crafting the best appliances for every patient’s treatment. He loves working here because of the amazing team, staff who are great to both patients and each other. As he says, “Great teamwork allows for the best treatment possible.” When he’s not at work, you can find him spending time with family, fishing or tinkering with cars.
